Here is me at the salt lake on Saturday May 28, 2005. Was driving home from Tooele, and saw the Marina.. needed to get out to see the water.

Came across this recipe. Anyone brave enuff to try it?

PEPSI BAKED CHICKEN
1 chicken, cut up
1 c. Pepsi
1 c. ketchup
Salt & pepper
Skin chicken. Place in baking pan. Cover with sauce. Bake until
